unless you were a guest or a weatherman you would never know that it was 30 degrees on their wedding day. sarah and mark's january wedding took place in downtown raleigh & it couldn't have been a more perfect day for them! the light was beautiful and sarah was a gorgeous bride. these two are honeymooning in st. thomas right now soaking up the sun and basking in their love! i'm so grateful that i got to be part of the celebration! |

meet leighton. she's fresh out of the oven & has been cooked to perfection! she was a delight to photograph on her two week birthday as she laid there all pink and perfect. i was thrilled when leighton got to snuggle in her great grandmothers blanket and wear her darling hat! i can't wait to watch this little girl grow this year and congrats to this new family of three :)

i just can't believe the outpouring of love and support that each of the three couples received by their friends and family in the last 24 hours! it is clear that you all have the kind of love that always wins. and for that, i congratulate you and hope that you will look back and see the rally of support that is behind you, cheering on your marriage! the votes were so close for most of the day that i was sure we would have a tie breaker. but, in the end, one couple forged ahead to victory!
